Wingman is provided by Mayer Sancivieri ("we", "us"). Your use of Wingman is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and by these terms, which add details about subscriptions and AI replies.

Wingman Pro

  • Wingman is free to download, and the keyboard works in every app without a subscription. AI replies require Wingman Pro.
  • Wingman Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or yearly. The price, and any free trial you're eligible for, are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel at any time in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
  • If you start a paid subscription during a free trial, the rest of the trial ends.
  • Free trials and introductory offers are for new subscribers, and Apple allows one introductory offer per subscription group per Apple ID. We may show different offers to different people, for example different free-trial lengths.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair use

Wingman Pro is for your own personal messaging. To keep the service fast and to prevent abuse, AI requests are limited to 200 per device per day, with a shared daily limit for each subscription. Wingman tells you when you reach the limit, and it resets the next day.

Using AI replies

  • Suggestions are written by AI. They can be wrong, awkward or inappropriate, so read them before you send anything. You're responsible for the messages you send.
  • Don't use Wingman to harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone, to send spam, or for anything illegal.
  • Only attach screenshots you're allowed to share. They may include other people's messages. Screenshots are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • AI replies need an internet connection, Allow Full Access turned on for the keyboard, and an active subscription.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Wingman available but can't promise it will always run without interruption. We may update the app, these terms or our prices. Price changes for existing subscriptions follow Apple's rules, including asking for your consent where Apple requires it. We may block access for anyone who abuses the service.
